Benzoin is a rich gum resin obtained from the bark of styrax trees that smells sweet and smooth like vanilla. Resins have been used since ancient times for various ceremonies for their enchanting aromas.

- Directions: Place a charcoal tablet in a container on a bed of sand and light it. Slowly fan or blow on the tablet. After charcoal is glowing but no longer crackling, put the resin incense on top.
